Seller opened a Cancel transaction case for and item i won

Seller put up a auction style item starting bid .99 cents witch normally goes for around $15 dollars. i was the first and only one to bid and won the item, sent him payment 3 days later he open a case to cancel transaction. reason : I ran out of stock. I'm sure he wasn't hoping to sell it for .99 cent i really wanted this item, i am a seller and i had to bite the bullet a couple of times miss calculating shipping and had to pay out of pocket what should i do.|||How do you "win" a cancel transaction...?~James~|||There is no way to force the seller to ship the item you won. The seller should NOT be rewarded with their Ebay Final Value Fee , for "out of stock" or " I did not get what I wanted for the item" cancelation. I would leave NEG feedback as follows as well. Example " Won item Paid, seller refused to complete transaction Buyers beware"File the Non Performing Seller Report here as well, so the seller goes on Ebay's radar. Log into PP and check your account, but change the view so that you can see more days, the default view is just the current day. You are looking for a refund, with an immediate transfer back to your Credit Card. When a refund IS given , the little money symbol auto defaults to show not paid. This is for your eyes only and DOES NOT mean you have not paid or still owe anthing.
