Bought an item of poor quality - buyer harassing me!
I left negative feedback for a pair of poor quality shoes. I got an email from the the seller: "lol! that's what you deserve! and don't worry there are so many like you who can't buy better shoes than these! so they love my store! enjoy your cheap shoes!" This is a slap in the face. I have opened an eBay dispute and a paypal dispute, but is there something else I can do? I would like to report them for harassing me via the eBay message system.|||Sorry to hear this. If you have opened a SNAD in both eBay and PP go and close one as fast as you can before they close them both. They see it as attempted double dipping. There is a report button on every message that comes through eBay messages.~ Lucy ~ Guide to eBay Board AcronymsClick on for links to Help Pages for a new eBayer|||So before you left feedback, you emailed them explaining the problem and they actually refused to do a return/refund?|||It's the continuing harassment that I am concerned about. 3 emails now - I've responded to NONE of these. I spend a lot of money on eBay and I don't deserve to be treated like this from an unethical seller. Disgusting.|||They didn't have exactly glowing feedback on shoe quality before you bought. Feedback first, then two disputes? That's not how it works dude...!~James~|||"Poor quality boots. Soles came apart, zippers stiff. Shipping ridic. Stay away" Auction ended 6-4. How could the soles possibly have come apart in less than a week. Also, you knew the shipping before you bid. clearly stated.
